How Many Stars will your Association Receive?

Complete the Softball Association Fundamental Excellence (S.A.F.E.) Star Application Form to find out your Association’s S.A.F.E. Star Rating, and use your results to help promote your Association in your Community.  The S.A.F.E. Star Program is an ideal way to show the Community your dedication to quality programming. 

How to Apply

Your Softball Association can apply for its S.A.F.E. Star Rating by completing the application form below.  Please note: Your Application should use statistics from the pervious season where applicable.  The S.A.F.E. Star Rating you achieve is valid for one (1) year.
