Softball Ontario is proud to announce the first ever Get In The Game Symposium on Saturday, February 17, 2007 at the Sport Alliance Building in North York. The Symposium is hosted by Softball Ontario’s Participation Committee and will explore the success of softball in Ontario. The Participation Committee is encouraging all Minor Softball Associations to send representatives to discuss promoting your association, recruiting volunteers, improving house league softball and much more!
Event attendees will be provided with an overview of the Participation Program, and learn how Softball Ontario may be able to assist their league to grow in the future. Travel (mileage) and accommodations will be provided by Softball Ontario for those who qualify. Participants in the Symposium must register with Lisa Crompton at Softball Ontario before February 2, 2007.
The Get In The Game Symposium is a great opportunity for Softball Associations to learn from each other and work together to improve the game across the province.
